You can safely delete everything in /usr/src/redhat/BUILD.  You can also
delete the contence of /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES if you are done building
the RPMs, and you have the src rpm.   The same goes for the SPEC
directory.  If you had failed builds, you also probably have a bunch of
files in /var/tmp.
