Actually, Perl requires csh up to version 5.6.0 (not included).
There is one function that requires an operation which can
only be done with a shell, hence the inclusion of csh.

>From Perl 5.6.0 onwards, the operation is done in Perl
and csh is no longer required.

Unfortunately, I've forgotten the name of the function
and I'ld rather not go through the Perl Cookbook just
to find it. :-|
