Hi all, first let me apologize for my 3rd post about ProFTPD. I know this is
a RH list, but there is a lot less flaming here :), and I think the problem
might be with my system too. Well, I'm running RH 7.0 on P3 450, 256Mb,
fully patched up :)
Anyways, I was wondering if any of you guys use ProFTPD to virtually host a
few sites (www.site1.com, www.site2.com, etc.) and authenticate with
username/password. I'd like to see how it is done in the proftpd.conf file.
I got the authentication part down, and I thought I had the virtual hosting
on different ports, but something is going kaka. As always, all help is
appreciated, and have a good weekend (even though most of us will be in the
office. . .)
Basically, when I test the system out, I can ftp into as a user, but when I
do an ls, it just kicks me out and closes my ftp session.
