Unfortunately, yes. For some reason, RH did not install the latest version
of Gnome with their 7.0 release. Additionally, the Gnome version is
changing on a fairly regular basis. However, one of the benifits of the
Helix site is that they only provide functional updates, not the cutting
edge beta updates. So, in short, I've found that you can rely on their
judgement regarding package updates. Haven't had a problem one with any of
their updates.
