Yes whole book.  ISBN 0-7821-2736-3  about 40$US at your local Borders
Book Store. About 400 pages.  It was reviewed recently in Linux Journal.
It covers some topics the O'Reilly DNS & BIND does not, e.g. dynamic
DNS updates.  A good read.
