Thanks for your advise, :-)...

I didn't get any value when entering 'echo $TMOUT', is that means the
timeout is unlimited or ??
The files (.bash_profile or /etc/profile) that u mentioned for changing
TMOUT, what is the statement shd I change cause can't find TMOUT and change
to what value to make it unlimited for idle...

Btw, where can I find more info on ssh it is secure shell? sound interesting
to me, :)...
