Hello All, I am looking for people's experiences pro & con with working for online tech support providers from the technicians's point of view. I have looked at a few of the providers and my experience has been that they either have a minimal amount of people requesting support and/or they don't have a substantial amount of people requesting paid support. Any suggestions would be helpful.
