Warren:
Send a test message to the second user and look in
/var/spool/mail/seconduser and see if your getting 2 e-mails. Do this as
root of course. If not I am guessing that the second user has something
wrong with their mailer. The first user is probably doing just as John
Aldrich said, that being not checking the remove mail from server on
Outlook Express.
