Yea, I just realized I wrote lmhosts in my last message on the issue
when I meant hosts (haven't had my mt dew yet *grin*). Right now,
I'm using this as a work around solution.

Yea. I figured it would nice to not have to modify the hosts file on each
workstation. Plus, accessing the Internet address of the web server
kind of verifies it's working. Kind of like situations I've run into with my
ISP. My connection to the Internet went down. I called their office and
a technician was able to access my site and said everything was fine. It
wasn't until later that they discovered *their* Internet connection was
down. heh
