One of the reasons I really appreciate Linux is that it does more with
less-- less of the system's resources and at less cost.  That's precisely
how a government should operate, not in the manner of Windows (a bloated,
expensive resource hog).  I'd say their system choices are emblematic of
the kinds of government we're being offered.

BTW, the IRS just collects what Congress tells them to.  Blaming the IRS
is an oversimplification, shooting the messenger for bringing the news.
