Disc1 is the install/boot disk. Disc2, I believe is a continuation
of disc1 for more complicated installs. We've installed it a couple of
times and had to use both CD's every time. If you want anything other
than the defaults on most things (say you want Enlightenment instead of
Sawmill as your window manager) you will need the second CD as well as
the first CD. So the answer, for which one you are suppose to download
for a fresh install of Redhat 7.0, is BOTH.
