No, you don't put it in ifcfg-eth0, etc. Depending on what version you
are running, you can put it in /etc/sysconfig/network, or you will need to
put "sysctl -w net.ipv4.ip_forward=1" in your firewall script. You will
probably want to add some forwarding rules. You can leave it as the
default forward everything, and let the routing rules take care of what
gets forwarded...
