I was at a conference this weekend and sun was demonstrating their sunray thin clients. These devices have a card reader that students can insert their ids in and get an X session. When they remove their cards they are logged out, but inserting the card into another machine will allow them to continue their previous session. Does anyone know of any software that will do this with linux. I know VNC will do something similar, but does not include the card support. Does anyone know of alternatives?
