I have a remote access question. This is not strictly redhat, but it has
nothing to do with the presidential election.

Anyhow, at school (unix of some variety) I made my shell bash instead of
the default tcsh. Most of the system is set up on tcsh and csh
stuff. Anyhow, after fiddling with my rc files, I think I got everything
working alright.

But, when I do a remote login (telnet or ssh), my rc files (.bashrc) are
not read. So, all my alias and some of my path variables are not
read. What tells the prompt to read these files? Any ideas what to do to
fix it??

Thanks in advance for any help.

Blake
