Thank you all for your suggestions.  The vacation package sounds 
like something I could use.  Any ideas where to get it?  :)  I've already 
done a man procmailex, it's too confusing to me.... I'm not a programmer of 
sorts, and I didn't see anything in there on where to place files or 
anything.  I have no intentions on upgrading the sendmail either since I'm 
not having any problems with my current one, and see no reason to play with 
something that is fully functional and pays the bills.  ;-)  Thank you all 
again for the responses.
