Hmm...all I can suggest is that maybe they want the username and pass
in a different format...doublecheck that you're entering it EXACTLY
as you do in Windows or Mac. Keep in mind that it's case sensitive...
OTOH, I'm probably not telling you anything you don't know....

Perhaps they're limiting FTP to certain IP addresses????
