Samba defaults to showing all the printers you have configured on the
machine.

In /etc/printcap, each printer can have more than one name. The names are
separated by the pipe symbol "|". Samba shows the first name that's listed.
So you can edit your printcap to change the name:

HP_Laserjet-1|lp

HP_Laserjet-2|lp1


Programs that look for "lp" will still find it, but Samba will display the
HP_Laserjet-? name.
