My problem was : I did not use multidrop option. After I start to use this I had same problem until I added feature no envelop

Go to http://www.tuxedo.org/~esr/fetchmail/ and look for the info on how
to join the fetchmail-friends mailing list. This topic comes up fairly
often there. You have to use the multidrop mode of fetchmail. When you
post to the fetchmail list include a copy of your .fetchmailrc file with
the password removed.
