Hello,
I downloaded 2 RH 7.0 iso's through 56k connection. I see it was
labeled as 7.0-i386-disc1.iso and 7.0-i386-disc2.iso. When I installed
them in my 3rd computer for evaluation before I would install over my RH
6.2 in my main computer, it only needed one (disc1). Why is it labeled
as disc1 and disc2 instead of 2nd disc to be supplement or differently
labeled instaed of disc2? Also, Enlightenment was not installed nor was
it defaulted like previous versions. I also know Enlightenment 16 had
several problems than Enlightenment 15, such as requiring more cpu
bandwidth, and performance was not as good in Enlightenment 16. I have
not lately tried it for a couple of month so has Enlightenment been
fixed since I do not want to reinstall in my main computer and get the
results worse than E15. Is Enlightenment getting more unpopular? One
more question, about the RH PPP dialer, I like the PPP dialer in 6.2
than in 7.0. If I decided to upgrade my systemto 7.0, is there any way
I can keep the old version of RH PPP dialer? The new PPP dialer seems
to take too much room on the panel. Thanks.
