Everything looks good in the scripts.  I don't see anything that would be
causing these types of problems.  The ip that is says that I have is
10.64.64.64.  Does this mean anything to you?

How's your ifcfg-ppp0 file looking (and all other ppp-related config
files)? Do you do your configs by hand or do you use some utility like
linuxconf or netcfg?

/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts is the path of all the interface goodies
