I am having a dilemma with IP Masqing. I have a system at work where the masquerading only works on some web sites. The problem deals with the fact that my ISP sets my PPP MTU to 1024, while my eth0 is set to 1500. I can go in with ifconfig and set these to be equal (either 1024 or 1500) but it still does not work. My personal ISP sets my ppp MTU to 1500 and all works great at home, as well at work when I use my ISP. What can I do to get around this, there must be a fix. Please reply to me instead of the list as I sometimes miss some of the mail going through there as there is so much.
