ProFTPD can do this very well, and it's config file is like Apache's - very nice.
I failed to get it working on RedHat 6.2, but I was too short on time, and several
other people here and on the ProFTPD list said it works fine for them, so give it a
shot. Try joining the ProFTPD mailing list for help.
