The conf.modules file contains the configuration data for the modules that
are loaded at boot. These differ for every system, so this file is created
during system installation. There is no rpm for it. If you didn't make a
backup you will have to recreate it (using linuxconf, which I do *not*
recommend, or by hand). See man conf.modules and the Modules mini-howto.
