This is my network configuration:

BOXI and BOXII are firewalls, using Proxy SQUID and
midentd to ident my IRC clients. I can browse the
internet in the both clients of BOXI or BOXII. The
problem is when i use IRC client. I can use IRC client
in BOXI, but in BOXII a can't do that!I configure my
midentd as firewall in BOXI.
In BOXII i was configure my midentd as firewall or
client but that's not slove the problem. When i
configure midentd as firewall in my BOXII i found the
log like :
Connection from 192.168.0.254 on 192.168.0.200
Request: MASQ: 6667:d8e1097f:1985:c0A8004
Denying MASQ from 192.168.0.254
Returning MQ:ERROR : NOT-ALLOWED
And when i use midentd as clients i found the log like
