My first question to the list, so bear with me ...
module-list-2.2.... -- this file may have been discussed in the past but I
have been unable to find anything in the list archives, searching on RedHat,
and searching the web in general.
Does anyone know where to find any documentation on this file?
I know it is in the kernel RPM for any new kernel, but in compiling a new
kernel (assuming you change the name of the kernel, etc.), how does one create
a new related module-list file? Is it necessary? Can you create a copy of the
old one for that kernel release?
Doesn't seem to make sense. Have I missed something painfully obvious?
