Still, security is a habit one needs to get into. Just because you're
in a secure environment now doesn't mean you will be in the future.
Do you dial-up onto the internet with that machine at all? If so,
you're running insecurely due to a false sense of security. 

I still say you should ALWAYS assume you're in an insecure position,
even if you *know* you're not. It's just a good habit to get into
being paranoid about network security at all times. It'll serve you
well in the future at some point! :-)
