Need motherboard advice

I have to fix my computer as its stability is absolutely gone. I am looking
at two solutions as they are within my price range.

Gigabyte GA-6VX7-4X with a celeron 600

or

Gigabyte GA7ZM with a duron 600

The problem is I have not heard anything about the VIA VT8363 (KT133) bios
the duron mother board uses. Does anyone know anything about this board and
if it will work with linux.
