As long as you have the latest security updates, 5.2 is fine. As far as
I know, it was always Y2K ready, as long as the machine it is running
doesn't have BIOS problems with Y2K. I still have a 5.2 server running.
It had no problems with the year 2,000 rollover. It did have to be
rebooted twice sence then - once when I moved it about 30 feet, and once
when the UPS didn't outlast the power outage.
