I would look into public dns through  www.granitecanyon.com , its the
best option you have right now thats free.

although some complain about it being slow, it really isnt that bad, and
registering a domain with bogus ip's is a bad idea


when you want to change it, its a pain in the ass basically... a good
substitute would be private dns, which is explained on granite canyon
