This definitely looks as if the firewall (on which machine, client or
server?) is too tight. You probably need to open port 137 (netbios name
service).

Well I guess these are not the real names, but if they are you probably want
to choose different names for the workgroup and hostname, and you should know
that netbios names should not contain spaces! Fi I've seen HP automatically
set netbios names with spaces in it (like "HP 4L"), but this will cause some
programs not to see the share correctly.
