No such animal .....
However there are multiple administration tools available which is what I
guess you are asking for....
http://www.sendmail.com have a tool you can buy, I have never used
it
Redhat comes with Linuxconf, do not use it for sendmail
http://www.webmin.com/webmin webmin is a browser based admin tool from
Caldera with many options
There are numerous others as well .....
