Thanks for your advice.

I think I have MySQL in RH 6.2 and already installed together with Web
server (Apache).  Kindly advise where can I find the document to start and
fine tune it.

If you do not have advanced SQL needs, your best choice is probably MySQL.
MySQL runs on a number of platforms, is well supported and extremely fast.
It has several downsides the most notable being lack of sub-queries and lack
of transactions.  Despite these downfalls, I find MySQL to be very fast,
well documented and well supported.  ORACLE is of course the "cat's meow" if
you have the money to spend on it and don't mind wasting a few days getting
it set up.  I was able to take a stock Linux installation and get a stock
MYSQL installation installed in less than an hour (having never done it
before).
