I don't think it is KDE, as the KDE login screen is different. This was
one of those third party CDE packages for Linux. I say that because these
are the processes that are running:
/usr/dt/bin/dtlogin
/etc/X11/X :0 -auth /var/dt/Awally:0-a00599
dtlogin <wally:0>
dtgreet -display wally:0
Plus, here is the copyright file in the /usr/dt directory:
