Ok i installed RPM 4.0 fine with no errors or anything.... now when i do a
rpm -Uvh <filename> it installs fine no problems but when i try to install from
source like rpm --rebuild <filename> it gives me the help menu and tells me
what extentions i should use to install the file....... but yet --rebuild is
there so what gives???
