Which NT? As Remon suggested, try a windos bootfloppy and see if you can read
the partitions. If not, the are probably destroyed.

Just out of curiosity, where did you put your swap? Did you repartition?

Basically, one of these things is your problem, and the possibilities are
narrowed down to the elements in the list. The error does not say "mount point
does not exist", so that is not the (only?) problem.
Check if the fat.o and vfat.o exist. Try a modprobe vfat and see if it loads,
or check /lib/modules/##/fs. Otherwise I wouldn't know.
