Not really, although I certainly hope Red Hat designs something similar
sooner or later.  I still prefer Red Hat, but I was really impressed when
I installed Debian a month or so ago and could upgrade the whole
distribution to a new version simply by entering a command and waiting for
45 minutes or so (over a fast DSL connection).

In any case, rpmfind and up2date are the closest.
