comment this one out fast. install ssh. sleep well.

remember there are more than just the services spawned by inetd - run
ntsysv to see what you have turned on at bootup

really this list is just

web server
mail server
dns server

so you need to run a httpd server, an smtp server, and a dns server :)

It's supposed to be polite to run ident, so I do.
