well, that's essentially what I did. I have a nice scsi II walkmanesque
cdrom. But for some reason, the install takes something like 10+ hours.
The hit on my machine wasnt great, and outside of vmware, things were
still snappy.
So, I let it run overnight, and it took so long, it made me late for
work! But now that it is installed it runs with decent speed.
I just installed openbsd as well. it went very fast the whole time, even
tho it isnt supported. weird. now if i can just get its xwindows to come
up. riiight.
