*** There's one thing I don't get. People seem to be disappointed in that
other system, tend to come to Linux for the very reason it's different and
the propose the same idiotic solutions windows is using.
One of the strong points of Linux is the fact that you can control it to a
far extend: In such a context I never would trust anybodies auto update
feature - even if it would come from SUN - to install things on my linux
station without me knowing it.
What I think would be a good idea is to go on proposing the rpm archives
but with the necessary libraries next to it. In case you need them you
don't have to look all over Internet to find some.
