The only thing that I can find is IPSec, which uses UDP (protocol 17)
port 500. I searched around using metacrawler, but didn't find it
immediately.
209.217.158.194 may be trying to establish an IPSec connection to a
machine that previously had your IP. Maybe you could contact the owner
of that machine. Port 25 is open, so you could probably try root@ that
machine...
