Depending on your requirements you might want to look into xntpd this is a
daemon that will keep you server in sync and can also be configured to serve the
time to other machines on the network.
For all things time I go to www.ntp.org. xntp is a package that implements the
ntp protcall on linux boxes and should be on your redhat cd.
