I tried running a couple of different window managers and a couple will do
what I am trying to do if you take the ampersand off the end of the command,
i.e, change "twm &" to "twm" Then when you kill twm the VNC server stops as
well. Is this a bad idea?

I am trying to find information on this, but need to read more before I ask
a bunch of q's. A couple of questions I have now are does this always use
the same password for vncviewer? For example, When I start a connection to
the vncserver and xdmcp does its thing and authenticates who I am, does the
password change so other users can not get to my session. Also does this
only run one server or one for each user who logs in?
