Some cracker broke into my ISP's server and shut them down for a while. The cracker
spoofed my IP address. (He had to. It wasn’t me.) Unfortunately for me, the
employees of my local ISP are not the best or the brightest. They believe that simply
having the IP address of the alleged cracker is sufficient evidence as to who
committed the crime. The police, of course, didn’t know any better, believed my ISP,
and took my computer away. Now, my ISP and the local police might come after me for a
crime I didn’t commit.

How do I find an expert witness who could testify on my behalf (should the need
arise)? My ISP uses RedHat. I already contacted RedHat about their On-Site
Consulting services, but their services do not cover expert testimony. I am located
with the United States of America. I am hoping for an expert in Linux security, RHCE
preferred.

Any ideas of where to find this kind of help would be appreciated.
