I am running RedHat 6.2, with RAID 1 on 2 20gig IDE hard drives.
On shut down I get a failure while trying to turn off the raid device.

Here is the output from the shutdown, everything is OK up until this point.

Turning off quotas [OK]
Unmounting file system [OK]
Turning off RAID for md0: md0 still mounted
/dev/md0 : Device or resource busy
                                         [Failed]
unmounting proc filesystem [OK]
The system is halted
stopping all md devices
marking sb clean
md: updating md0 RAID superblock on device
hdc6 [events: 0000007d](write) hdc6's sb offset: 19984512
hda6 [events: 0000007d](write) hda6's sb offset: 17889856
.
md0 switched to read-only mode
Power down

Has anyone had this problem? Can anyone offer any solutions?

Thank you,

Jim Ewaka
