SecurityFocus announced the latest wu-ftpd exploit. This was an Input Validation Error problem. Redhat (and most other distributions) released a fix for this exploit this week. This is an anonymous ftp exploit. Since the exploit code is nothing too formidable for a 13 year old, and the exploit is now fair to middling well publicized, this is a good time to update our routers.
