I like XCDRoast. It comes preinstalled in some releases (Mandrake)
but it's not hard to add in RedHat. There are even RPMs of it, if you
want.

One thing I did was change the default permissions to allow ANYONE to
run it, but I'm on a single-user machine, so I'm not worried about
anyone else screwing with it. I just got tired of having to open a
console window, type "xhost +localhost" and then su-ing to root to
run XCDRoast. :-)
