Only anonymous ftp login

Hi folks!

May be someone of you knows what I have to do in order to allow only
anonymous ftp login to my ftp server? I don´t want my users sending
their passwords in plaintext through the net... Is it may be
possible not to have to type a login name and password at all when
loggin in to the ftp box? So users would be loged in automatically
as anonymous?
