I'm sort of confused after reading your message.  Do you get the message
when you send a message from a local account to another account that is
not local?  Or perhaps you get the message when you connect via port 25
from a client on a different host?  I mean, the question I'm asking is: do
you get the error when you're sending email from the local host or when
you connect to the server using a mail client?
