Lack of sleep makes you brave... I decided to try installing xfree86 4.0 last night and paid the price. Ouch. Anybody had any luck with this? The install seemed to go alright but I couldn't seem to get my config right, couldn't get into X properly and got a headache. I have a 3dfx voodoo3 1000 card and I'm not sure what driver to use. I think I have everything else alright (monitor and such). I guess the question is, after installing xf86, what else do I need to install?
