Does anybody know the source of syslog messages of the
form:

Jun 4 01:02:06 nirvana kernel: VM: killing process enlightenment

I mean, I presume the word "kernel" means it's coming from the
kernel, but what exactly is it upset about? Does it indicate that
the process (enlightenment) freaked out and ran out of virtual
memory? I guess that wouldn't be surprising in this particular
case.

Thanks.
